Welcome to the Lilly Grove SUD Community. To apply for new service you must come to the office during office hours to fill out a service application. Please bring a form of identification with you.
New owner
If you have recently purchased your home you will need to bring a copy of your closing paperwork. There is a $75 transfer fee that will be applied to your first bill.
Renter/Lessee
If you are a renter or lessee you will need to bring a copy of your rental or lease agreement. A $200 deposit is required before the water is to be turned on- the deposit is refundable upon move out. The deposit must be paid in cash, check, or money order.
