Stop my current water service.... Please use the contact us form on our website, send an email to lgwater@gmail.com, or call the office at 936-569-9292 to discontinue your water service. You must include your service address, account number, and the last name that the bill is in.
Sign up to receive my bills by email/Opt out of receiving paper bills.... Click on the "paperless" option in your Lilly Grove SUD/NexBill Pay account at this link Lilly Grove SUD/NexBill Pay Log in to your nextbillpay account with your username and password OR If you haven’t created an account yet, please create an account (you will need your LGSUD account number). Click on the paperless sign up option button, enter your email address, click the turn on button and hit save. You will see the paperless terms and conditions box, if you agree to the terms hit ok and it will say "your paperless enrollment options have been saved". Please note that you do not have to pay your water bill thru the credit card platform to enable this feature, it is free to all LGSUD water customers. You can still mail you payment in or drop it by the office/drop it in the office drop slot just like usual.

Apply for new service..... You must come to the office during office hours to fill out a service application. Please bring a form of identification with you. If you are a NEW OWNER/TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP you will need to bring a copy of your closing paperwork. There is a $75 transfer fee that will be applied to your first bill. If you are a RENTER/LESSEE you will need to bring a copy of your rental or lease agreement. A $200 deposit is required before the water is to be turned on- the deposit is refundable upon move out. The deposit must be paid by check or money order (we do not accept cash).
Find my water shutoff valve.... Should you need to turn off the water coming into your home (e.g. for a frozen pipe break), locate the water shutoff valve for your home just past our water meter on your side. If you do not have a shutoff valve on your side or you are unsure of where that valve could be, please call a licensed plumber to have one installed or possibly located. Do not shut your water off at the meter box (this valve is the property of LGSUD and should not be tampered with).
Emergency water shutoff.... Lilly Grove SUD can come turn the water off at your home at our water meter if necessary. If you need an emergency shutoff at the curb stop or meter box, please call 1-936-569-9292 during standard business hours or call Zac Mobley (our operator) at 936-715-8191 for emergency dispatch. A $50 disconnection charge will be added to your next billing cycle.
